The Portable Pugmill

We have simplified the production of GreenPatch for our partners with the use of the PORTABLE PUGMILL. This complete and cost-effective solution to cold mix asphalt production allows you to produce your own GreenPatch at the convenience of your very own asphalt plant.

With the Pugmill, you have complete control of the production process and output volume with significant savings in aggregate transport. The compact design of the pugmill is a self-contained production plant complete with belt feeders, belt scales, control houses and its own power generator. It is easy to deliver and position anywhere in your yard or plant.

The Portable Pugmill mixer greatly contributes to environmental safety by completely eliminating hazardous CO2 emissions found in the Hot Mix (HMA) asphalt mixing process.
